Good to know

How do I top up?

At any Fresko till or online, in steps of BBD 100. Each BBD 100 adds BBD 5 bonus credit.

When does the bonus expire?

Bonus credit is valid for 90 days from the day it's added. The money you load doesn't expire.

How do I check my balance?

Ask at any till. Soon you'll also see it on your Google Wallet card and on our online Club portal.

What if I lose my card?

You can't – it's digital! New phone? Just open your welcome email again. Your balance stays with your card, not your phone.

Is there a plastic card?

No – the Fresko Club Card is 100% digital. It arrives by email. Google Wallet and Apple Wallet are coming soon.

Can I get cash back?

No – Club Card credit is for food and drinks at participating Fresko restaurants. It's not redeemable for cash and not transferable.
